Nuthouse - Cast of Characters:

Sixby is a hopeful, optimistic squirrel who was raised in a college testing lab. After getting set free in the suburbs his patience is tested as he struggles to understand the ways of the great big world he's been willingly thrust into. While open-minded and eager to learn about his new surroundings, he sometimes comes off as standoffish and crabby. Deep down he just wants to be a 'regular' squirrel despite his different perspective.

Nick is as cool and collected as squirrels can come. He's got it all together and makes sure everyone else knows it. He is the self-appointed leader of the neighborhood wildlife. He's the one everyone comes to when they have problems (as long as it's not during a basketball game). Despite his suave demeanor he still has problems with the females.

Stumpy is a bit unbalanced. This is due in part to his tail having been bitten off in a hawk attack. He's a risk taker and a daredevil, constantly getting into typical squirrel-type trouble. Unfortunately Stumpy is far from the brightest squirrel in the neighborhood but this doesn't stop him from dispensing advice to newcomer, Sixby.

Buddy is a positive, free thinking individual who is always planning some way to make life in the testing lab more bearable. He'd probably have left the lab with Sixby except for the fact that he couldn't bear to leave Holly, or the free cable.

Holly has pretty much resigned herself to a life as a lab rat. While she may never seem happy or energetic, she is quite pleased to be able to keep Buddy's scheming under control and she is more than able to burst his balloons at a moment's notice.
